Mason Owen has teamed up with Liverpool coffee innovators, 92 Degrees Coffee.

We’re delighted to be appointed as an acquisition agent for 92 Degrees. Mason Owen is solely retained by 92 Degrees to cover their remit across Merseyside/Liverpool, Cheshire, Greater Manchester, and Birmingham.

92 Degrees began in September 2014 as Liverpool’s original micro-roastery & coffee shop.  Since then they have roasted billions of beans and grown to become a nationally recognised award winning independent coffee company.

New Unit Requirements:

80 (kiosk) – 2,400 sq ft
Corner unit preferred
Good visibility and foot traffic
A3/E use (outdoor seating)
Provision of/for mains water (2 bar pressure)
Drainage
Electric Supply (for larger sites 3 phase power is required)
Shell or fitted units considered
