Another Fantastic Letting by Mason Owen on Lord Street

Mason Owen is delighted to announce that, on behalf of retained clients Vabeld, 85 Lord Street, Liverpool has been let to the globally recognised restaurant brand Chick-fil-A, bringing another exciting occupier to one of the city’s premier retail and leisure destinations.

In addition to completing the letting, Mason Owen also manages the property as part of a larger portfolio of properties on Lord Street, continuing our long-standing involvement in the ongoing enhancement and management of this key Liverpool retail destination.

The restaurant owner-operator is Liverpool local David Pritchard, further strengthening the brand’s connection with the city and local community. The opening also marked an important commitment to social impact, with Chick-fil-A establishing a long-term partnership with the Opening Doors Project and making a £25,000 donation as part of its launch, supporting the fantastic work the charity carries out within the local community.

The Liverpool restaurant represents another significant step in Chick-fil-A’s UK expansion.

The Mason Owen team were delighted to attend the official opening and enjoy lunch at the new restaurant, experiencing first-hand the excitement surrounding Chick-fil-A’s arrival in Liverpool city centre.
