We currently manage +£1 billion of assets for over 250 clients. Our team handles an annual rent-roll of £110 million.
We provide an integrated service to protect and enhance the value and efficiency of our clients’ properties at every stage. We treat each asset as if it were our own, and proactively work with our clients on strategies to maximise value.
From our Liverpool base, we never rest in the day-to-day managing of our clients’ assets, finding and retaining tenants, collecting rent, and overseeing maintenance and compliance.
We manage multi-tenant office, retail and industrial assets across the UK, from Wick in Northern Scotland, to Southampton on the South Coast. Our dedicated in-house team of facilities managers take care in getting to know each asset to provide tailored advice.
We offer data driven, honest and transparent rental advice from our passionate and experienced team of Chartered Surveyors. Our aim is to help our clients navigate the fluctuating rental market and provide confidence in their asset valuations. As well as our landlord clients, we also act for national occupiers Iceland, Co-op and Greggs.
