    We currently manage +£1 billion of assets for over 250 clients. Our team handles an annual rent-roll of £110 million.

    We provide an integrated service to protect and enhance the value and efficiency of our clients’ properties at every stage. We treat each asset as if it were our own, and proactively work with our clients on strategies to maximise value.

    From our Liverpool base, we never rest in the day-to-day managing of our clients’ assets, finding and retaining tenants, collecting rent, and overseeing maintenance and compliance.

    We manage multi-tenant office, retail and industrial assets across the UK, from Wick in Northern Scotland, to Southampton on the South Coast. Our dedicated in-house team of facilities managers take care in getting to know each asset to provide tailored advice.

    We offer data driven, honest and transparent rental advice from our passionate and experienced team of Chartered Surveyors. Our aim is to help our clients navigate the fluctuating rental market and provide confidence in their asset valuations. As well as our landlord clients, we also act for national occupiers Iceland, Co-op and Greggs.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2002 and joined Mason Owen in 2003. Mark is Head of Asset Management, advising clients on how to maximise returns on their investments. Mark has an in-depth knowledge of all asset classes including large scale multi-let offices, shopping centre developments and high street retail.

He provides ongoing advice to clients including rent reviews and lease renewals, together with lease re-gears, to ensure that all assets meet their full potential. Mark has advised various clients in the set-up of management procedures and service charges on various commercial assets, which has included a full advisory role in the establishment of management systems, including the service charge accounts. Outside of work Mark is a keen runner having completed both the London and Edinburgh marathons.

Mark Williams

Wayne is a Partner of Mason Owen and forms part of a team responsible for rent review, lease renewal and associated professional work specialising in retail property.

Throughout a period spanning some 30 years, Wayne has been involved in the valuation of retail units used for food or non-food retail use, occupying both in-town and out-of-town positions throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Wayne is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Wayne Blount-Powell

Rachael graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA Honours degree in Business Studies and has worked at Mason Owen for 19 years. She heads up the property management accounts team and part of her role is to ensure that all Client monies are dealt with in accordance with the RICS rules and regulations. She was involved with the new client set up for one of our newest REIT clients, working to ensure funds were received and distributed on time for inclusion in the Client’s dividend payments.

She also oversees the new Treasury Management function to ensure rental payments are made on time for one of the UK’s major retailers. She has a sound knowledge of service charges and reconciles the Service Charge accounts for one of our prominent managed buildings running at over £1m per annum. She enjoys listening to music, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
