Roadside Investment Acquisition

We are thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of Brampton Hut Services in Huntingdon on behalf of our clients, Roadside Retail Limited, a joint venture between Roadside Real Estate Plc and Meadow Partners Real Estate Fund VI LP.

The site which is located at the junction of the A1 and A14, benefits from over 91,000 vehicles passing daily and features six purpose-built units, tenanted by Starbucks, Burger King, Wendy’s, Greggs, and Subway, along with 74 parking spaces. Additionally, EV charging facilities by Gridserve are scheduled for 2025, further enhancing these services.
