Acting on behalf of Vabeld UK Ltd, New Barratt House was acquired for our client in 2016. Located close to the Liverpool One shopping centre, the property comprises retail units on the ground floor, many let to multi-national companies with 4 floors of offices above.
In 2017, planning was secured for a large digital advertising screen to be installed on the corner of the building at the Junction of Lord Street and North John Street which has generated additional rental income for our client.
Mason Owen provides a full property management service at New Barratt House, dealing with rent collection, maintenance, facilities management and service charge administration and delivery. We are also retained to deal with the lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews.
