When purchased by our client in 2018, the building had 6,500 sq ft of offices unoccupied. Working closely with third party letting agents, Mason Owen have assisted with securing several lettings to several national tenants including the likes of Bank of Ireland, Henry Boot and Sainsburys. Following several successful lettings, the building’s vacancy rate currently sits at 25%. Mason Owen continues to work closely with Ventnor Ltd to ensure that a high standard of property management is provided so that it assists their ongoing marketing strategy.
