Mason Owen were instructed on the letting of the substantial 200 Ton Shop Warehouse Unit on the SMM Business Park on the Dock Road, Birkenhead in April 2022. The unit extends to approximately 27,446 sq ft (2549.7 sq m).
Upon instruction MO recommended improvements to the property, such as replacing the whole roof and the existing sodium lighting with more modern LED fittings to improve the energy efficiency of the property and make it more attractive to any prospective tenants.
After a short period of only a couple of months on the market MO secured a letting for a 5-year term to the fabrication and pipework company Vartiss Ltd.
MO continue to provide management, letting and marketing services to the landlord of the SMM site for both industrial and office properties.
